Should CoreXchange's network management systems detect an availability or performance issue, our systems automatically dispatch emails to your pre-defined escalation list. You can choose to receive optional phone escalations and request in advance to have our NOC staff take corrective actions.
CoreXchange performance and trend reporting helps identify issues before they cause interruptions or outages. Through our easy-to-use CoreControl customer portal, you can access trend reports that might indicate the slow development of a potential problem. Reports and graphs for your SNMP-capable devices include network utilization, network latency, CPU utilization, disk usage, memory usage, chassis temperature, and more.
CoreXchange offers two monitoring options to meet your requirements. Our basic monitoring options allows for monitoring of up to 10 services per host. Advanced monitoring allows monitoring of up to 5 services can be monitored per host.
Customize CoreXchange's monitoring packages by including additional options that allow for the coordination and management of third party providers, including telecommunications providers, hardware and software vendors, and consultants.
