Quote Terms and Guidelines
Submissions of bandwidth pricing quotes that you generate with the Configurator are subject to the following terms and guidelines:
- Pricing under the Configurator represents an indicative quote for the IP bandwidth component of any CoreXchange network service only. A CoreXchange sales representative will work with you to generate a comprehensive and binding pricing quote for network services based on the requirements that you provide. CoreXchange shall be retain, and be available to address, your submitted quote for five business days.
- Any indicative quote that you generate with the Configurator is not an order for CoreXchange services, and the submission of such quotes do not obligate CoreXchange to provide services or enter into any agreement to provide such services. The terms, conditions, and pricing of all CoreXchange services shall be exclusively governed by a written master services agreement (including any service order forms specifically referenced in that agreement).
- Pricing quotes are subject to increases or decreases based on a variety of factors, including the following: specific customer networking and IT requirements, third party charges (including local loop and other telecom services), construction costs, location of customer servers (either in a CoreXchange facility or on-net at another location), managed services, and cross-connection fees.
- All pricing and quote information generated with the Configurator is the property of CoreXchange. CoreXchange does not grant any permission or license to republish, circulate, or publicize any quotes or pricing information that is generated on the CoreXchange web site or with the Configurator.
